The women-driven news program averages about 1.7 million viewers daily, which has outpaced shows on MSNBC and CNN combined.
The hosts of the show, Harris Faulkner, Emily Compagno, and Kayleigh McEnany, chat about the newest headlines while sitting on a curved white sofa at Fox Studios in Midtown, Manhattan.
They are joined by two guest panelists each day, and together they discuss news from Capitol Hill, around the nation, and even from other parts of the world.
Faulkner is making history as the only Black woman to lead two consecutive programs on cable news.
At 58 years old, she also hosts The Faulkner Focus every weekday morning on the Fox News Network.
Fox fans rush to welcome back Harris Faulker after she reveals health update
Harris Faulkner’s shows, Outnumbered and The Faulkner Focus, are really popular in their time slots on TV.
The network praised her, saying, “Harris Faulkner is the definition of a woman of impact.”
Faulkner is known for breaking barriers and making a difference in the industry, earning respect from people on both sides of the political spectrum.
As she gets ready to celebrate 10 years with Outnumbered on April 28, Faulkner understands that her achievements took a lot of hard work and time.
In 2020, during a tough time for the country after George Floyd’s death at the hands of a police officer in Minneapolis, Faulkner shared her thoughts on being a Black woman in America.
She told People magazine, “For those people who are legitimately hurting – I live in this skin, so I know how it feels.”
Faulkner recounted her own experiences, saying, “I’ve been pulled over while driving. I know how that feels… I had that moment of brain freeze and, ‘What do I do?’ I don’t want to make a mistake.”
She added, “It hurts us in just a deep, deep way … for all Americans.”
MOTHERHOOD
Faulkner, who will mark her 20th anniversary at Fox News next year, once shared with Forbes that being a mom is her greatest achievement.
“In my eyes, if someone says I’m a great mom, that’s all I need to hear,” she mentioned in 2021.
She added, “This means a lot to me in every part of my life because I’m raising my biracial daughters, who are 12 and 14, and they are still growing into themselves.”
Faulkner believes that being a great mom means encouraging the next generation to strive to improve the world and to understand that showing love is a strength, not a weakness.
She has two daughters, Danika and Bella, with her husband, Tony Berlin.
Faulkner described her marriage to Tony, who is Jewish, as a blend of cultures and a chance for growth.
“We’re mainly raising our girls in the Christian faith, but they learn about all different beliefs,” Faulkner told People.

We celebrate Passover and read the Haggadah. I believe that having biracial children really shows us how we should think about things.
I tell my daughters, “You are a perfect example of what can happen when everyone works together as one.”
